ALPA’s history is steeped in our commitment to advancing the piloting profession and to ensuring that airline travel grows ever safer. As the world’s largest pilots’ union, ALPA has advanced the piloting profession since 1931.
BAR HK is short for the Board of Airline Representatives in Hong Kong. The group represents, promotes and protects the common interests of its members in Hong Kong. It provides a forum for discussion of problems and matters of interest to the international civil aviation industry in Hong Kong. It assists its members to formulate policies and procedures for local implementation on matters of common interest. It also makes, on behalf of its members, representations on matters of common concern to its members and to the aviation industry, to any appropriate organisation or body in Hong Kong.
